Shrimp in Garlic Tomatillo


Our own interpretation of "Camaron al Mojo de Ajo." In this recipe, the green tomatillo sauce brings out a tangy taste that blends well with garlic. A culinary tradition throughout the coastal towns of the Mexican Pacific Riviera. Served with rice, beans and choice of corn or flour tortillas.
